The vacancy is based on a five-day week and working Saturday with a day off during the week
The role:
Provide an engaging service to customers both face to face and over the phone
Meet and greet customers
Speak with customers face to face and over the phone
Arrange appointments
Diary management
Follow up on website / social media enquires
Talk through the beautiful range of products and make recommendations
Match products to customer’s requirements / specification / budget
Answer the phone and assist with enquires
Prepare quotations
Process orders
Liaise with suppliers
Attributes and skills required:
Confident communicator both verbally and written
Friendly and approachable
Enjoys working as part of a team
A quick learner with the desire to achieve team targets
Excellent rapport builder
Please note: You will be required to work Saturdays during busy periods, September – December. Outside of September – December a rota will in place - You will have a day off in the week when working Saturdays.
