Responsibilities within your new role
The primary responsibilities of a Sales and Account Co-Ordinator include serving as the main contact for designated customers, fostering lasting relationships, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction by facilitating easy ordering and timely deliveries, and addressing any concerns promptly. Additionally, you will oversee customer accounts, submit sales reports, participate in projects, provide support to customer service and order input teams, and maintain accurate records in CRM. Identifying process improvement opportunities, contributing to Sales and marketing administration, conducting strategic research for CRM lead generation, assisting the sales team with CRM tasks, and collaborating with marketing initiatives when necessary are key aspects of the role.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess proven expertise in internal sales or customer service, excellent verbal and written communication abilities with strong grammar, and proficiency in computer operations, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Moreover, the ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail is essential.
