Sales and Business Development Executive
Full Time Permanent
£30-£45K (OTE £80K) + Company Bonus
Location - Outskirts of St Neots
A fantastic chance has emerged to become a part of a national sales team and assist the Head of Sales in obtaining new business Sales and hire opportunities.
A market-leading supplier of plant and equipment hire is looking for a dynamic and driven sales professional to showcase their products and services throughout the UK.
The main duties of this position are:
- Promoting products to both new and existing customers
- Following up on market leads and converting them to sales to contribute to the growth of the business
- Processing sales orders
- Ensuring that set targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met
- Assisting clients with product development
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Keeping up-to-date with competitor activity
- Providing relevant stakeholders with requested data and reports.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Previous experience in a sales role, for example, Sales Manager, Account Manager, or Sales Support.
- Previous experience working in the construction or plant hire/sale industry.
- Excellent customer service skills and a complete understanding of the sales process, including providing customers with advice on products and influencing sales decisions.
- Ability to communicate confidently both verbally and in writing.
- Good IT literacy.
