Purpose of the Role
Support the growth and success of TalentPredix™, a leader in the talent assessment and development market, by building B2B client relationships, improving market traction and delivering new business. You will lead the sales function, including delivering the sales plan in support of the company’s strategy, improving processes, and growing the team.

Generating new leads and achieving monthly sales targets by effectively converting leads into sales.
Improving andimplementing a successful sales strategy that increases sales results and the quality of our pipeline.
Ensuring CRM records are keptupdated andpresenting the team with well-structuredreports.
Main Responsibilities
Build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects through high-quality research (incl. using Apollo) and outreach.
Build and demonstrate advanced knowledge of our products and solutions and find ways to ensure this appeal to prospects.
Connect with and engageprospects using multiple outreach channels, including LinkedIn, email,Zoom/Teamsand phone to drive Sales and awareness of our products and solutions.
Create and load effectiveemail sequences in the lead platform (Apollo.io)that are in line with best practices and regulations andmonitor campaign progress.
Make sales appointments with prospects and lead meetings in partnership with a director and/or consultant.
Respond effectively and timeously to any inboundsales enquiries.
Update, maintainand report on prospect information in our Salesforce (CRM) database.
Collaborate with Marketing and Directors to develop and implement new and improved sales strategies to exploit opportunities and ensure sales targets are met.
Assistdirectors and/or consultants with drafting RFPs and sales pitches, ensuring these are delivered on time to prospects.
Present sales updatesand a well-structured report on leads, CRM and outreachto the team every week.
Person Specification
Experience in B2B telesales, recruitment, or another outbound sales-related role
Business Psychology, HR, or Recruitment experience is essential
Strong communicationand presentation skills
Confident, friendly, andempathic style
Drive, focus and determination to achieve results
Strong "learner mindset"; desire to learn and progress
Excellent team player
Self-motivated and organized; ability to work independently without close supervision
