We are looking for a Part Time, Sales and Events Executive to support the growth and planning of the exclusive hires of the venue.

Job Type: Part Time - 3 Days Per Week
Salary: up to £22,000 per annum plus 20% bonus
As a Sales and Events Executive you will manage and convert venue enquiries and sales opportunities for the venue.
You will generate and contribute sales which will support the annual overall revenue for Brigade Bar + Kitchen.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- To have an understanding of the venue sales targets and to work towards all sales strategies.
- Receive incoming enquiries in accordance with the Sales Department standards and procedures and convert them into confirmed business.
- To prepare proposals for new enquiries, ensuring venue standards are adhered to and contain best fit/feature expectations for clients and maximising yield and revenue.
- All sales procedures and administration correspondence duties are up to date and completed in a timely fashion as per agreed KPI’s. (Proposals, Contracts, Follow-ups and Deposit schedule/payments).
- To adhere to the company credit control guidelines and be aware of the company purchasing policies and procedures.
- To meet with prospective clients and show them around the venue facilities.
- To identify and support new leads for future business opportunities.
- To maintain a clean CRM database and booking calendar.
- To undertake appropriate administrative tasks for the department as required.
- To report sales activities on a daily and weekly basis.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and vendors
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience in Sales or Event Planning and Management
- Sales skills to drive revenue growth and build relationships with clients
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
