The Role

Working from our Covent Garden store, you will hold a key role within our fast-growing business, where you will act as an ambassador for the brand, ensuring that all customers receive the best experience and playing a key role in supporting Strathberry’s growing retail presence.

Please note: Previous experience working in a luxury retail service environment is an essential requirement for this position.

Contract Type: Full-time, 5 shifts a week on a rotating shift pattern, equating to 40 hours over a 7-day week. Permanent contract. Flexibility on weekends essential.

Salary: Competitive, commission basis

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Driving sales into the store and creating a vibrant atmosphere.
• POS transaction processing.
• Helping with visual displays within the store.
• Management of POS stock control and assisting on stock takes, when required.
• Supporting promotions, events and launches to deliver the intended experience for customers.
• Meeting individual and team sales goals.
• Keeping the store tidy and clean, clear of any H&S hazards, and contributing to essential sales tasks.
• Working with colleagues to monitor store security.
• Assisting in all areas of stock shipping/receiving policies and paperwork.
• Providing customer service support using Hero virtual shopping.
• Providing general administrative support when and where necessary.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience working in a luxury retail service environment (essential).
• Flexible availability in relation to rotating shift patterns and hours. (essential).
• Exceptional people skills and confidence when dealing with customers.
• Understanding the importance of promoting and reflecting the image of a luxury brand.
• Interest in the luxury fashion industry.
• Self-motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude.
• A good level of numeracy and the ability to produce and maintain accurate records.
