Ferno (UK) is a global leading manufacturer of Emergency Medical Solutions for the Emergency Medical Services which include the NHS and Private Ambulance Services, Hospitals, Fire & Rescue Services, and other major industries throughout the UK. As part of our expansion programme, we are looking to recruit a highly driven and experienced Sales & Business Development Manager.
About the Sales & Business Development Manager role
Reporting to the Head of Commercial, this is a field-based role, you will be responsible for managing a successful and established customer base across the North of the UK. This will be within several market sectors which will include the NHS and Private Ambulance Services, hospitals, healthcare, vehicle builders and distributors. In addition, you will have responsibility for developing new business. You will arrange your own customer meetings with key staff within the organisation. Support and product training will be provided, and you will be encouraged to contribute new ideas to this rewarding role.
Key responsibilities as the Sales & Business Development Manager:
- Exceed and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual targets and KPI’s
- You will proactively identify, pursue, and maintain a constant pipeline
- Build strong relationships with the UK Ambulance Services, paramedics, ambulance converters, distributors, and other key partners
- Understand market dynamics to support business growth
- Account management experience is essential
- Create and implement a territory business plan to maximize sales, whilst always delivering excellent standards of customer service & support
- Prospect for potential new customers and turn this into increased business
