Sales Client Manager - Reading Branch Join our Estate Agency client's successful Reading branch as a Sales Client Manager.
This role revolves around driving market dominance for on-market and under-offer properties while ensuring high-quality client care and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
·Assist the manager in developing a dominant market share for listed and pending properties
·Personally execute proactive calls and conduct client visits at high levels
·Manage the Client Visit generation section of the opportunity report, ensuring timely follow-ups
·Achieve high conversion rates of Client Visits to full-service sole agency instructions and third-party sales
·Ensure top-quality marketing content, including photographs, descriptions, and online marketing
·Maintain excellent compliance levels with money laundering regulations, EPCs, CPR, and administrative documentation
·Uphold exceptional client care standards for personal and branch instructions, including revisits and price adjustments
·Facilitate effective Client Care meetings to enable engaging client interactions and actions weekly
·Drive high sell-through rates for personal and branch instructions
·Generate outstanding client feedback, testimonials, and case studies Role Highlights:
