The Job:
Are you passionate about the dairy industry and understand sanitisation hygiene, are you looking for an opportunity to lead a dynamic sales team? We are seeking a proactive and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Development Manager for our hygiene products. This role offers the potential for growth into the position of Managing Director, making it an exciting opportunity for someone with ambition and leadership skills.
The Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our market share in the dairy hygiene products industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including building relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences and use this information to refine our product offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
The Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the dairy or agricultural industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently and proactively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of dairy hygiene products and their applications is a plus.
