Sales Engineer

Regardless of your technical sales background, we’ll fully train you in our niche sector of Air Compressors. You might already be a Sales Engineer, or perhaps you’re a Service Engineer looking to get into sales. Either way, we want your technical experience to grow sales into a wide range of industries. We’re based in High Wycombe. With uncapped commission and great progression opportunities, why wouldn’t you apply?

BASIC SALARY: Up to £45,000

JOB DESCRIPTION:Sales Engineer, Technical Sales, Business Development Manager, Air Compressors, Industrial, Engineering

You’ll drive new business and increase our sales revenue from existing customers by upselling current / old clients. Our customers operate across a wide range of marketplaces such as automotive, engineering, manufacturing, with some of the largest blue-chip companies around down to SME businesses.

We pride ourselves on after sales / customer service, so you’ll be offering best advice to our customers on all their air compressor needs and provide them with the technical solutions they want. You’ll not just be selling the compressors, we have a wide range of associated parts and equipment and offer service contracts.

As our Sales Engineer you’ll be:
· Following through the entire sales process from initial contact, through to delivery / installation
· Identifying new markets and opportunities to break into
· Supporting your Junior Sales colleagues and sharing your knowledge and expertise

You’ll need to be technically minded, whether you’re already a Sales Engineer or in another Technical Sales capacity, or if you come from a maintenance, Field Service Engineer background and you’re looking to get into sales, talk to us.

To be a successful Sales Engineer with us you’ll:
· Be self-motivated, have the drive and capability to push our sales function forwards
· Possess excellent people skills and be able to talk to anyone - from an engineer to a business owner, to the procurement department of a multi-billion-pound turnover organisation.

· Work well in a team to ensure we reach our commercial goals
