Job Summary:

GEOSEC Ltd is looking for a highly motivated and qualified technician with sales experience and knowledge in the field of subsidence and its solutions through geopolymer injection, micropiling and a background in house building, geotechnical or ground engineering to join our team and play a role in technical inspections and monitoring of our clients in the North of England. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing the company's existing client base and exploring new markets. Key responsibilities will include technical inspections, issuing quotations, contracting works and building strong relationships with new and existing clients by providing essential technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• BSc or BEng with experience in the construction, engineering, or geopolymer industry is a requirement
• Experience in a sales-related role including CRM, meeting performance targets, logging activities, maintaining customer records, and handling quotes.
• Ensure timely follow-up of all proposals issued to the market.
• Develop exceptional relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Continuously monitor individual performance (KPIs) against set targets in agreement with the UK Development Director.

Requirements:

• A BSc or BEng in the following:

Geology and Geotechnics, (Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical) Engineering, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or Construction Management

• Minimum of 1 year of technical sales/business development experience in the construction industry, preferably in ground engineering.
• Technical knowledge of soil mechanics.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout the UK and occasionally overseas.
• Spanish or Italian language skill is a nice to have.
