Sales Executive

Location: Stevenage
Job Title: Sales Executive
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + Commission (Uncapped)
Responsibilities
Efficiently manage daily sales operations.
Proactively reach out to customers to understand their requirements and offer tailored solutions.
Analyse purchase history to identify sales prospects and devise effective strategies.
Recognise opportunities for cross-selling and increasing account expenditure, implementing appropriate actions.
Prepare project quotes, interpreting material needs from technical drawings with training support if necessary.
Coordinate with project managers, Quantity Surveyors, and Estimators.
Conduct various customer-facing activities, including visits, presentations, and participation in trade events.
Undertake general office tasks and manage time effectively.
Maintain a clean and professional workspace.
Requirements:
Demonstrated sales experience, ideally within building products or the construction sector.
Exhibit strong business acumen, effective communication, and confidence in your abilities.
Possess exceptional negotiation and relationship-building abilities across all levels.
Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
Experience in Quantity Surveying or Estimation would be advantageous
