The Role:
We are seeking a Sales Ledger Clerk to join our energetic office in Milton Keynes. As a Solus Sales Ledger Clerk, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate and timely invoice and payment processing, ensuring the smooth operation of our business relationships.
Responsibilities
- Accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Reconciling bank statements
- Maintenance of Sales Ledger records.
- Managing parking notices in line with the exciting automotive nature of our business.
- Collaborating with the finance team to streamline systems and processes.
- Contributing ideas to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the department.
Desirable qualifications and experience:
- Previous experience or training in a similar role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Proficient Microsoft skills.
