Sales Manager
Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead their expanding Telesales team at their Bedford office.
You’ll be overseeing a team of 10 which is projected to grow to 20 within the next year, with a basic salary of £40,000 and a realistic OTE of £60,000-£70,000.

About the Role
You will initially be heading up their team of approximately 10 B2B account managers, with plans to expand the team to 20 in the next year.
This expansion will create even greater commission opportunities, and this will continue as the businesses grows each year.
Their main route to market is through outbound calling to UK based businesses. The sales team are responsible for gathering key information and building relationships with potential clients. The team receive a commission from every opportunity generated and a further commission for every opportunity converted with uncapped potential earnings.
As the Sales Manager you will run and manage the team, on a day-to-day basis and will be:
- Ensuring the team meets sales KPIs.
- Providing direct line management, including conducting 1-2-1s, setting individual and team objectives, and overseeing development plans for the whole business.
- Coaching and developing the sales team with live coaching.
- Conducting weekly call listening sessions.
About You
They are looking for an individual who has experience in running a sales team, ideally in a Telesales environment. The ideal candidate shall be KPI-driven, have a strong background in coaching and personal development, whilst also being comfortable holding conversations with members of the team, away from the sales floor.
