Their customer-centric approach and commitment to delivering cost-effective, reliable, and user-friendly products sets them apart as a leader in the industry.The Role / Opportunity to become a Director within 3 years:As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our sales team, collaborating to secure new business and nurture existing accounts. Your responsibilities will include:Developing and leading the sales teamAmbitious to become a Director at the company within 3 years.Strategically generating new business and executing tactical sales plansDriving focused sales and marketing campaigns to achieve substantial revenue growth.Gaining a deep technical understanding of our products and ensuring the team and agents do the same.Negotiating pricing and payment terms with end users and agentsWhat you will have:We are looking for a strategic thinker and exceptional sales leader with the following qualifications and skills:Must have HVAC industry experienceand understand the Irish market.Ideally you will have managed a small team, or you are ready for the next step in your career to lead a Sales department.Outstanding ability to engage customers, gain buy-in, and secure sales across various departments and decision-makers.Proficiency in identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities.A degree in engineering or a technical discipline would be beneficial.The successful individual will be joining a global business who focus on creating long-term value for customers and employees through a passionate dedication to excellence and a disciplined management process.
