A superb opportunity has arisen for driven, hard-working, competent Sales Negotiatorto join our client s thriving business.

The perfect candidate will be an excellent communicator and have real enthusiasm for property and customer service and be the kind of person who always strives to exceed customers expectations.

Ideally, you will have 12 months previous experience in agency, however if you have experience in sales and customer service you may also be considered.

You must have a full UK driving license and have your own car.

Skills: The skills required for thisSales Negotiatorrole will include:

• Previous experience in agency or sales
• Experience of working in a commission-based environment
• Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
• Highly organised
• Be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• High level of customer service
• Great telephone manner
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Full UK driving license and car owner
