Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide exceptional service throughout the sales process
- Showcase vehicles to potential buyers, highlighting their features and benefits
- Conduct test drives and answer inquiries regarding vehicle specifications and financing options
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining customer records, preparing sales documents, and scheduling appointments
- Support the showroom by ensuring vehicles are clean, presentable, and properly displayed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers
- Provide support during special events and promotions
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry, is highly desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Familiarity with basic computer applications and CRM software
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
