My exciting Cheltenham based client who are a Global B2B Software Specialist are looking for a Sales Support specialist to join their team.
This is an entry-level role which will suit either a Graduate or School Leaver possessing a keen interest in Software/Technology.
The primary function of the role is to support customers during pre-sales onboarding and throughout the customer life cycle.
Based at my clients’ modern offices in Cheltenham, the role is full time and permanent working Monday-Friday, hours of work are predominantly 9-5 however the client are also offering a flexi working policy.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Respond to customers within agreed SLA's
• Help customers with enquiries via email and phone
• Respond to customers in a pro-active and professional manner
• Effectively communicate product technical information to customers as required
• Maintain customer metrics and client-related performance indicators
• Escalate issues to client support teams according to SOP's
• Log and monitor client feedback and escalate where necessary to senior management
