Sales Support Administrator - GBP13,312 per annum - Norwich, Norfolk - Part Time, Office based, 9.15am-1.15pm Monday to Thursday

We are passionate and honest about the expertise and products we provide. Our small dedicated team have spent years ensuring our clients get the most from their advertising campaigns.
The Opportunity:
Due to expansion, we have an excellent opportunity for an organised and friendly individual to join our family-like, small team (including office dog) to help with sales and office based tasks. Our advertising clients include the likes of McDonalds, NHS, Costa, BMW, Superdrug and David Wilson Homes.

Role responsibilities for the Sales Support Administrator:
- Searching our client database to find great matches to fill our advertising spaces.
- Emailing and calling existing clients to promote their media.
- Compiling quotes and inputting orders.
- Chasing clients for artwork, handling poster dispatch and liaising with poster displayers.
- Money chasing.
- Conducting relevant market research and gaining good phoning material for the sales team.
- Filing and responding to correspondence and telephone enquiries.
- Assisting with other admin duties as required.
Requirements for the Sales Support Administrator:
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Previous experience in sales, media & advertising would be highly desirable.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- A positive, articulate and personable individual.
- Able to work well independently as well as part of a small team.
- A confident communicator via telephone and email.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales or agency office environment.
- Experience of using and maintaining databases.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office programmes (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Able to prioritise your workload.
