The core responsibility of the Sales & Venue Executive is to maximise revenue by effectively selling our client’s portfolio of products and coordinating events to be hosted at their headquarters, showcasing your sales prowess and event management skills.

The Role
The Sales & Venue Executive position entails proactively driving venue hire sales, managing end-to-end event planning and coordination, and ensuring exceptional customer service within the venue. This role involves identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and exceeding revenue targets.
The candidate will be responsible for overseeing all event details, resolving client issues, preparing financial reports, and ensuring efficient event operations, including catering. They will also play a key role in data management, compliance with policies, and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes. Effective communication and collaboration with both internal teams and external parties are vital aspects of this role.
To be shortlisted for this post, you must have:
- An understanding of the processes required for venue sales and event delivery.
- An understanding of basic financial processes (For example managing stock control, raising purchase orders, checking invoices, budget reporting, etc).
- Sales-focused approach with the ability to problem solve in the moment and the confidence to negotiate and close business successfully and consistently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to understand the needs of the client and provide superior customer service
Experience working in sales would be advantageous.
