SalaryMy client are the go-to London caterer for events and contract catering in London. They work with some of London’s most prestigious venues and event clients and caters for top global brands. They hold a number of long-standing corporate catering contracts with offices in London.
The role of the Sales Manager on site at this venue will be to convert in-bound enquiries and leads in to actionable event plans. They will work closely with the on-site operations team to plan and execute events, leading on the sales side.
Requirments
- Venue Sales Experience is mandatory
- Contract Catering or Events experience is mandatory
- Inbound and Outbound sales experience is mandatory
- Experience in the Luxury Catering or Events space is advantageous
- Any Event Planning experience is a huge benefit but not mandatory
Duties
• Looking after all Tower Bridge enquiries and customers visiting the venue.
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands my clients customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Present sales, revenue and costs reports and realistic forecasts to the Sales Director.
• Responsible to maximising the commercial use of the venue, dealing with the larger event enquiries, giving excellent client guidance.
• Overseeing all sales, co-ordinating the diary, optimising income received and building relationships in order to ensure Tower Bridge venue remains a key and competitive player within the exclusive venues of London.
• Work closely with the Sales Director in the promotion of the venue.
• Work closely with and mentor the Sales Executive to effectively deal with all incoming enquiries – and follow ups.
• To have supervision of the processing of event contracts and invoicing, ensuring that all clients comply with Tower Bridge’s terms and conditions of hire and that all contracts and payments are completed.
