The School Admissions Team in South Tyneside is responsible for carrying out the Local Authority’s statutory duties in relation to School Admissions.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Admissions Manager who will lead a team of Admissions Officers and provide a strategic role in ensuring high quality and effective delivery of the service, within the statutory framework.
We are looking for a highly organised and self-motivated person who can lead with a professional manner and effective communication skills to work closely with schools, academies, parents and other agencies. Strong co-operation with other internal departments is also an essential element of the post. Sharing your expertise and excellent attention to detail, you will make a major contribution to the effective management of the Schools Admissions function.
