We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Assistant to join our partner school's administration team starting as soon as possible.
This is a full-time, temporary position with the potential to become permanent. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing staff cover and ensuring the smooth operation of our educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily staff cover requirements.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate personnel records.
- Support the HR department in administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Previous experience in a busy administration or related field preferred.
