We are a recruitment agency who are supporting a school with their recruitment for a Reception and Administration Assistant. This role is to start in January and will be long term, and could turn permanent for the right candidate.

As a Reception and Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Greeting visitors and answering phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Managing the school's email inbox and responding to queries
• Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
• Supporting the school's finance and payroll functions
• Assisting with the organisation of school events and trips
• Liaising with staff, parents, and external agencies
• Providing general administrative support to the school leadership team

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a school or educational setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other IT systems
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• A positive and flexible attitude
• An enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one

The hours for this role are 8am - 4.00pm Monday & Tuesday, 8am - 3.30pm Wednesday - Friday. The salary is competitive and dependent on experience and qualifications.
