School Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly and organised receptionist to join our client based in Surbiton on an immediate temporary basis until the end of Easter Term. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a passion for working with children.

Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and parents with a warm welcome
- Answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner
- Manage student attendance records
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role with knowledge of SIMs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Passion for working with children
