We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Self-Employed Personal Assistant to support a busy CEO with his growing business. This is a home / fully remote based role, working 25 hours per week (over 4-5 days) Monday - Friday.
Our client is looking for a highly organised candidate with a 'can do' and proactive attitude who has the enthusiasm to drive the business forward. This is a golden opportunity for someone who enjoys the combination of both personal and executive assistant duties, where no day is the same!
The successful candidate will have the confidence to jump into new situations, using their own initiative and have the enthusiasm to drive the business forward.
The Role:
- Provide Executive Assistant support to the CEO and his property development organisation
- Carrying out financial administration tasks
- Processing, linking and paying invoices
- Keeping track and recording of expenses
- Liaising with builders regarding project updates and reporting back to the CEO
- Looking into and keeping track of building contracts, leases, insurances, third party contracts
- Occasional research for projects
- Booking flights, hotels, holidays for the CEO and his family
- Researching and booking outside of work excursions and activities for the CEO and his family
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks for his family home
You:
- Previous PA experience is essential
- Focused and self-starter
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Outstanding attention to detail
- A natural problem solver
- Have great organisation skills with the ability to multi-task
- Demonstrates professionalism and a positive, can-do attitude
- Can show a flexible approach to work and can adapt to any situation
