Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs.

- Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor and track student progress, implementing targeted interventions as needed.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience working with students with SEMH needs.
- Strong behavior management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students.
- DBS on the update service or willing to get one.
