Deverellsmith has been retained by an investor developer who is looking to expand its team by hiring a Senior Acquisition Manager. The company's current acquisition strategy is primarily focused on investments in social housing, temporary accommodation, and large HMOs. These acquisitions typically fall within the price range of 500k to 2m and are located in the North–west region, high–yielding assets as they have secured exits for this.
Role Responsibilities:
Minimum 5 years of experience in acquisitions within the living sectorConduct real estate valuation analysis to assess investment opportunitiesProvide support in roles related to due diligence processesUtilise data mining techniques to gather relevant market insightsLead due diligence processes and oversee the execution of transactionsDrafting investment memorandum for internal and external use to communicate investment opportunities effectivelyAssist with legal negotiations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in acquisitions within the living sectorDemonstrated experience in deal executionProficiency in numerical analysis and Excel skillsStrong negotiation skillsDriving license
