Hours per week: 36.25
Location: Cambridge (no parking)
Duties:
- Provide agendas and minutes for weekly meetings
- Identify accommodation for staff, students, Fellows and visitors
- Maintain records
- Coordinate with key departments
- Process queries/questions
- Coordinate a wide range of events and functions
- General administration
Your skills/experience:
- Experience in a high level admin role
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong IT skills
