Senior Administrator

Your new company
My client, a leading facility who provides immersive training courses out-of-the-art offices in Liverpool, is seeking a professional Senior Administrator to join their team on a 2 - 4 year contract.
Your new role
The position is being offered full time Monday - Friday with working hours from 08.00am - 16.00pm - there may be the possibility of a hybrid model but ideally working on site.
Some of your duties will include burt not limited to.
Manage all complaince documents for all applicants
Travel to other sites to develop and grow the busniess
Full stakeholder managment
Liaising with and onboarding / off boarding of all applicants
Deal with all collection, storage, usage, transfer and control of sensitive Learner data according to GDPR and data security
Ensure compliance with cyber security certification.
Support, guide and encourage development within the team to ensure that they are able to undertake their role to the best of their ability and meet KPIs
Working with the senior management team and management team to plan the annual course schedule.
Ensure that the team are trained and knowledgeable of company policies and procedures, including those of awarding bodies and the onboarding processes, where applicable.
Ensuring the team have all the required skills and qualifications to undertake their roles within the department.
Ensure the development, delivery and assessment of all qualifications are completed within the guidelines of policies set out by their awarding bodies.
Complete annual appraisals in line with company policy
Ensure annual moderation and standardisation is conducted in line with company policies and procedures and meets all regulatory body requirements.
