A key client of ours are seeking a Senior Office Administrator to join them on a full time permanent basis. For this particular role, they are seeking someone has excellent attention to detail, organised and keen to work within the built environment. You will gain experience working across new build housing and refurbishment schemes, in the North East.
The role:
- Provide assistance and administration to the Contracts Managers and other senior management.
- Liaising with all staff, clients and consultants
- Reporting to the Office Manager
- Help prepare technical documentation.
- Assist with marketing and communication.
- Assist with any finance related documents.
- General administrative duties
Requirements:
- Ideally if you have experience working within the built environment
- Someone who has worked in a Supervisory or management role and can step up as and when required.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Full UK driving license
- Ambitious and driven individual
