Key Responsibilities:

As Office Administrator/PA, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the efficiency and productivity of our office operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and organising office documents, correspondence, and records
• Coordinating appointments and meetings for the team
• Handling incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism
• Assisting with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees
• Maintaining office supplies and equipment
• Collaborating with colleagues to support various administrative tasks
