Job Purpose- Managing a varied portfolio of clients, overseeing workflow, deadlines, and budgets.
- Planning and undertaking assignments, striving to deliver service excellence.

- Owning responsibility of KPIs, including monthly billing forecasts and ensuring fee recovery rates are met.

- Reviewing processes and implementing more efficient ways of service delivery.
