Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a ledger of over 500 accounts may increase as company expands
- Prioritising reducing the debtor days for the business
- Weekly Aged debtor and debtor performance reporting
- Weekly AR Cash Forecast reporting
- Chasing overdue payments via phone and email
- On boarding of new accounts and deciding on credit limits
- Maintaining credit limits for daily order release for clients by doing regular credit checks
- Preparation of the AR month end bad debt provision & balance sheet reports and other ad hoc reports as required.
- Putting accounts on stop and taking legal where required
- Ownership of key accounts
- Monday to Friday (flexi time offered)
- Dealing with foreign customers using multi currency
Profile
Successful Candidate:
- Worked on Sap previously
- Excellent communication skills
- Can work to timed deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Worked in a similar role before
- Ability to work autonomously
Job Offer
Salary up to £30,000 per annum + annual bonus + Work from Home + free on site parking + Pension + Private health care + 26 days of annual leave (plus banks)
