Senior Event and Administration ManagerPermanent, full-timeLichfield

Responsibilities
• Define event objectives and requirements in alignment with clients• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines• Coordinate venue selection, negotiation, and logistics in compliance with client specifications• Oversee event promotion, manage sponsorships, and liaise with stakeholders• Manage event logistics, including registrations, speaker coordination, and material production• Conduct on-site event management and execute post-event evaluations and reports• Provide comprehensive administrative support for meetings, including minute-taking and paper collation• Handle governance matters in collaboration with the President and Secretary• Organize meetings, source venues, and manage data entry and membership tasks• Address inquiries via email and telephone in a professional manner
Requirements
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders• Strong attention to detail and accuracy• Sales acumen to drive exhibition sales• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Minimum 3 years of event management experience
