ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an ambitious Finance Professional looking to move
into an exciting start-up environment with a flexible, remote working environment. As with most roles in a company this size, this will be an end-to-end Finance Role,
managing all finance functions within the business, along with management accounting and providing support to the founder in key decision-making.
Job Role: Senior Finance Manager (9 month FTC)
Reporting to: Founder
Location: Remote with some travel to Bristol/London for team days.
Salary Package: Competitive (plus phone bill contribution, expenses & joyful benefits)
Working Week: This is a 30 hour a week contract / 4 Days per week

THE NITTY GRITTY DETAILS
- We are looking for someone who is CIMA/ ACA/ ACCA qualified with proven
financial reporting and analytical experience - Excellent proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Unleashed or Xero, desirable but not essential
WHAT THE JOB ENTAILS
- Completing month end and preparation of management accounts and
undertaking necessary reconciliations - Management of cashflow, including short term and long-term forecast, flagging
any risks - Finance business partner to Marketing and Operations
- Long term forecasting (Five Year Plan)
- Assisting founder with any other analysis or support
- Reporting to the business on all financial related matters
- Management of AP function – processing all invoices, dealing with queries and
paying suppliers on time - Management of AR function – ensuring all sales are invoiced correctly and
managing aged debtors - Processing all other finance transactions including payroll
- Liaising with external accountants for statutory accounts, VAT returns and any
P11Ds
