Senior Finance Support Analyst
Hybrid / Northwich
Salary circa £26,000
Due to an internal promotion, RMG has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Finance Support Analyst to ensure the Property Management function has the support and knowledge to deliver the highest quality service to their clients. Delivering information on all aspects of Property finances to both internal and external customers.
This is a full time, permanent hybrid role, working 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday. You'll be based at the Northwich Office 3 days per week, with the remaining 2 days working from home. There may be occasional travel to Scotland.

What are the Key Accountabilities of the Senior Finance Support Analyst?
- Complete complex financial queries
- Undertake Key client financial performance reporting - Debtors, Expenditure, Creditors, Cashflow
- Responsible for response of complaints and submission / representation relating to First-Tier Tribunals
- New Business Set Up in line with deeds, budget and property legislation
- Bank & Nominal reconciliation
- Regular finance training and reviews with Property Managers, ensuring they are equipped to understand and communicate financial performance in their client meetings.
- Resolution of Financial Queries from Suppliers and homeowners
- Providing a service and building relationships with Property Managers, Owners, Committees and Solicitors to ensure smooth running of Property finances
- Training and supporting Finance Support Analysts in all aspects of their role - Providing direction and managing allocation of workload and setting deadlines for completion
- Maintain compliance with relevant legislation for industry in connection with financial processes and procedures
What skills, experience and qualifications are we looking for?
- Extensive experience in a finance role, with excellent attention to detail
- Advanced level understanding of a Chart of Accounts, P&L, Balance Sheet & Cashflow statements and their interpretation
- Good communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Microsoft office competent - Excel to intermediate level as a minimum
- Minimum AAT Level 4
- Minimum Grade C or equivalent Maths and English GCSE
