Key Responsibilities:

• Group Management Accounting and Consolidation for multiple entities
• Lead the financial reporting process for the group, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Drive budgeting and forecasting activities, collaborating with stakeholders to develop robust financial plans.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations for improving performance.
• Oversee cost management initiatives to optimize expenses and enhance profitability.
• Manage intercompany transactions and ensure proper accounting treatment.
• Mitigate financial risks through effective risk management practices.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage tax-related matters for the group.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the finance function.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a group or conglomerate setting.
