Your new role
You will be working as a Temporary Senior HR Administrator for an initial 4-6 week period to cover a period of sick leave.
The Senior HR Administrator will be responsible for providing reliable and efficient administrative support, for all HR processes and practices, enabling the HR team to deliver best practice HR support to the business.
What will you be doing?
- Administration related to new starters, leavers and any other changes to employee terms and conditions
- Answering any general HR queries from employees
- Administration of the monthly payroll process
- Updating and maintaining the HR Information System
- Supporting with the induction process for new starters
- Responding to reference requests
- Administration in relation to training & development
- Supporting HR reporting requirements and benefits administration.
- Supporting the HR team with any ad hoc requests
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will have previous experience in a HR administrative role.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive an hourly rate based on an annual salary of between £32,000 - £35,000 depending on previous experience.
