Senior HR Advisor, 12 month FTC - Local Government - Hertfordshire with hybrid working
This is an exciting opportunity for an immediately available HR Generalist.
Reporting in to the Human Resources Manager you will be responsible for providing HR advice and guidance to managers and colleagues.
Your key accountabilities will include:-
- Supporting managers with complex employee relations cases
- Overseeing and advising managers through recruitment processes
- Providing information and advice to service units on employment legislation, HR policies and national and local conditions of service
- Assisting the HR Manager with reviewing and creating HR policies
- Supporting the HR team with organisational change projects
- Promoting ED&I and HR best practice across the organisation
- Ensuring the HR system is maintained
You need to be an HR Generalist with experience of the full employee lifecycle and of managing employee relations issues including sickness and absence management cases. Experience of working on HR projects needs to be combined with an ability to work with HR Systems. You need to be CIPD level 7 qualified.
