Are you a skilled HR professional seeking a new challenge? An organisation based in Hemel Hempstead require a Senior HR Advisor to cover maternity leave until the end of March 2025. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work 2-3 days per week from our offices in Hemel Hempstead, with a competitive salary of up to £38k per annum.
As a Senior HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing generalist HR support, making previous HR casework experience essential. You'll be responsible for managing the transactional HR processes and administration for the employment cycle.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:

· CIPD Level 7 qualification or relevant UK-based experience
· Proficiency in MS Office Word and Excel
· Previous experience with HR and Recruitment systems, particularly iTrent
· Fluent and proficient verbal and written communication skills
