Job Purpose:
To provide a comprehensive, effective, and efficient shared HR service to the client base of the i2 Group (UK). To develop robust HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and ensuring best practice is followed whilst ensuring employee engagement and well-being is at the forefront of everything we do.
Role Accountabilities and Main Duties:
· Develop and enhance the HR profile and build strong relationships with the leaders, offering advice, coaching, and support in all aspects of people management.
· Support the HR Administrator with payroll including instructions for joiners, leavers, salary changes, annual pay reviews, bonuses, etc., adhering to varying deadlines.
· Ensure effective adherence to the Performance & Development Review process, utilising the HRIS to roll out to all employees.
· Provide advice and recommendations on all HR practices with respect to Recruitment and Selection.
· Keep abreast of any changes in employment law and/or Company policies as well as best practices and trends across the UK
· Support any restructuring projects including cost analysis, the consultation process and accompanying redundancy documentation.
· Support the Head of HR with projects including Engagement Action Planning, Culture Champions, OD, Process Improvements
· Oversee the administration of the Company’s pension scheme, ensuring compliance with requirements set by The Pensions Regulator.
· Oversee the Company’s Death in Service scheme, including the submission and safe storage of named nominees.
· Maintain employee records whilst ensuring accuracy for GDPR compliance, both electronically and on file.
· Effectively manage the HRIS, currently BambooHR, and promote the continuous use of the system to all employees
· Assist the Head of HR with Benefit reviews, and suggested employee initiatives and projects.

· Broad and thorough knowledge of employment legislation and good practice of HR policies and procedures.
· Familiar with GDPR and the requirements on HR for ongoing compliance.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build excellent working relationships with Managers and Directors.
· Ability to tackle situations with balanced and objective approach.
· Assertive and confident with the ability to remain calm under pressure when challenged.
· Track record in delivering tangible outcomes on time and to budget.
· Excellent organisational skills with keen eye for detail, accurate editing expertise and ability to juggle several tasks simultaneously.

· Experience of liaising with remote-based teams.
· IT literate (including Outlook, Word, Excel and HR databases).
