Salary/Benefits: £40,000 - £43,000

Role Details - Senior HR Advisor
We are currently looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join a reputable business based in Tamworth on a permanent basis.
This role will suit someone who is self-motivated, conscientious, and aspiring to progress into an HR Management position.
Responsibilities of the Senior HR Advisor
- Support the implementation of the new HR and Payroll system
- Review and update employment policies, contracts of employment, and other related documents
- Work with the team on TUPE transfers, and ensure all appropriate employee data is recorded accurately on in-house systems
- Work with the Head of HR on annual pay reviews
- Help to develop and implement a number of projects improving the employee experience
- Manage employee relations cases end-to-end on a range of matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, dismissal, performance management, absence management etc.
- Provide expert advice, support and coaching to Managers to help resolve staff issues
Skills required for the Senior HR Advisor
* Minimum CIPD Level 5 qualification
* Knowledge and experience in managing TUPE processes
* Driving license and access to a vehicle for occasional travel
