Job Title: Senior HR Advisor (15-month Fixed-Term Contract)
Location: Birmingham, on-site with occasional flexibility and occasional travel to other sites
Salary: Up to £38,000 + £5,400 car allowance
My client is looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join their team during a period of significant expansion and transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert HR advice and support to managers across various departments.
- Work closely with the HR team to contribute to the growth and transformation of the business.
- Up-skill and support managers in HR practices and policies.
- Play a vital role in influencing positive change within the organisation.
- Act as a full HR generalist, covering a wide range of HR functions
- Provide transactional payroll support
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR generalist, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of HR practices.
- Confidence in providing operational HR support and advice.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small team, fostering a close-knit and supportive working environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to other sites as required.
- Transactional payroll experience
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel
