Quest Search and Selection are proud to partner an Entertainment Provider working in their Retail business. The business creates bespoke retail, general merchandise gifts, toys and memorabilia for their retail and leisure clients!
The Role
They are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Senior Key Account Manager who will be responsible for looking after their day-to-day operation for their retail clients.
Your responsibilities as a Senior Key Account Manager – Toys & Gifting
- Ensure all operational decisions being made are in the best interests of the business, the team and the client
- Oversee day-to-day operations including logistics, servicing client accounts, store developments, stock management and financial reconciliations
- Oversee all client projects, ensuring SLAs are always achieved or exceeded .
- Pre-empt any issues and take corrective actions as required.
- Attend client meetings as required.
- Line manage and develop the Operations Manager, Account Manager and Merchandise & Visual Coordinator.
- Own relationships with core supplier, Ensure they are consistently meeting their SLAs and are delivering high standards
- Manage internal and external stakeholders effectively throughout client projects and ongoing operations,
- Regularly review stock processes and Identify opportunities to improve department profitability and efficiency
To be successful in this Senior Key Account Manager – Toys & Gifting
- You ideally have 4 years B2B experience ideally in a client-facing role selling into retailers or eCommerce businesses.
- Ideally you are operating at a Key/Senior Account Manager, Client Services/Success or Operations Manager position
- Candidates from a or working closely with a Merchandising, Allocation, Demand Planning background is desirable but not essential
- Must have experience of managing multiple, complex projects
- Experience of analysing data is essential
- Experience in managing a team is essential including experience of performance management processes
- Someone who is driven and ambitious with the possibility of succession planning to a Head of Level in the future
