£30k - £35k (DOE) - OTE (£38k - 43k)

One of London's leading and respected estate agencies is looking for a Property Manager to join to join their expanding and buzzing team based in South West London. If you are an experienced Property Manager or (ARLA Qualified) Senior Property Manager looking to join a company with a market-leading reputation and great progression I'd love to hear from you.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage a property portfolio of between 120-150 properties

• Effectively liaising with landlords and tenants and contractors to build strong relationships

• Work with your team to ensure the highest quality of service

• Dealing with property maintenance queries being able to resolve issues and think on your feet

• Invoice management and processing

• Deposit negotiation and distribution

• Keeping up to date with industry regulations and advising your landlords and tenants
