The Senior Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for a team of 5 Logistics Coordinators. This position will engage with key projects, monthly reporting and team development to ensure the effective fulfilment process to our clients customers, against defined KPIs and SLAs.

Description
- Managing a team of 4-5 direct reports
- Managing the order fulfilment process for UK & European customers, ensuring that products are delivered in accordance with customer requirements
- Direct involvement in managing operations for key accounts, ensuring the highest level of customer service and driving continuous improvement.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders (customers, suppliers, 3rd party providers and internal functional areas)
- Monthly KPI reporting
Profile
- Minimum five years experience within Logistics
- FMCG background
- Experience in handling key accounts
- Strong leadership skills
- People management experience
- ERP experience
- Good Excel skills
Job Offer
- £45,000-£47,000 DOE
