About the role
This role is responsible for developing internal communication strategies and deliverables that align with Lotus Group’s vision and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Internal Communications strategies that engage, inspire, and connect employees across the Lotus Group and are aligned with the Company’s business objectives.
- Identify Internal Communications needs and build a roadmap for a global Internal Communications structure.
- Work closely with key markets to influence Internal Communications regionally.
- Ensure global Company changes, initiatives, and projects are effectively communicated to employees using the appropriate Internal Communications channels.
- Ensure Internal Communications messages are consistent throughout the Company and aligned with external communications messages in collaboration with the Global PR and Communications team.
- Plan and lead global internal events in conjunction with the China Internal Comms team.
- Manage Internal Communications channels – planning, writing, and editing content.
- Develop the company intranet to increase engagement and define it as the ‘go to’ hub for content and information.
- Driving the development and implementation of executive communications.
- Supporting executives and functional leads across the organisation with delivering internal strategic communications plans for business transformation to relevant employee groups.
- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of Internal Communications initiatives and activities on an ongoing basis.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
To set you up for success, we look for the following skills and experience:
- A vast amount of experience in an Internal Communications role, with demonstrated ability to build an Internal Communications function - Global experience preferred.
- Strong experience developing clear, concise, and compelling communications plan that support business strategy and growth plans.
- Experience in advising senior leadership teams in shaping and delivering global Internal Communications strategies that align with the company’s strategic goals.
- Experience in managing Internal Communications in a multicultural and multifaceted work environment, with an understanding of the nuances of international markets and the ability to tailor communication strategies to a wide range of employees.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to draft narratives and messaging that aligns to a defined brand tone of voice.
- Solid understanding of balancing and prioritising needs of multiple stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker, strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational, prioritization and multitasking skills. Experience in executing global internal events both online and offline.
Desirable:
Bachelor's degree (English, journalism, communications, public relations, marketing, or human resources preferred) or equivalent practical experience.
Events management experience.

Please note this role is hybrid, however there is an expectancy to work in the office at least 3 days per week.
