We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Senior Manager – Regulatory Issues.
We are hiring for a Senior Manager to join the Risk and Compliance Assurance Services (RCAS) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing the design and effectiveness of action taken by HSBC to address regulatory findings as part of the Risk 2025 Programme. This is an exciting role that will contribute to assurance validation reviews across multiple lines of Business and will play an integral part in providing insightful efficiency to the Risk function.
In this role, you will:
• Be a subject matter expert in audit, assurance, or control testing to ensure the Group meets its regulatory obligations.
• Assess the design and operating effectiveness of the controls and processes of remedial actions implemented to address any gaps highlighted by the PRA.
• Support the Global Assurance Lead, Regulatory Issues on ensuring that Assurance of the PRA findings.
• Assist in updating current processes and will provide status of the assurance validation work to the Risk 2025 Programme Lead.
• Confidently liaise with wider teams and senior stakeholders on matters related to the Risk and Compliance Assurance function.
