Senior Email Marketing Executive at D&AD
Location: London (Shoreditch)
Reports To: Senior Marketing Manager
Salary: £32-£38k depending on experience
Hours: 9:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Friday (we’re happy to talk about flexible working/ability to work from home Monday and Friday, if you choose to do so).

The Role:
As Email Marketing Manager at D&AD, you will plan and execute impactful email campaigns that resonate with our diverse audience, including emerging creatives, brand partners, and professionals within the creative industries. You'll play a crucial role in enhancing engagement, driving event attendance, and promoting our array of programmes and awards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, and manage comprehensive email marketing strategies.
Use tools such as Pardot and Salesforce for campaign management, ensuring a seamless experience for all subscribers.
Analyse campaign outcomes, utilising data to inform future strategies and optimise engagement.
Write content for all email marketing campaigns.
Oversee the curation of high-quality images to ensure all emails are visually appealing and resonate with our different audiences.
Collaborate with various teams to ensure that email content is engaging, brand-aligned, and drives the desired action.
Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in email marketing to continually enhance D&AD’s email initiatives.
Develop and maintain segmentation strategies to tailor content to different audience segments effectively.
Manage inbound leads from paid social activity and funnel into email journeys to nurture audience with timely communication, based on behaviour.
About You:
Demonstrable experience in email marketing, with a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and strategies.
Experience using Pardot is a big plus, but not required
Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling email content.
A solid understanding of email marketing metrics and the ability to analyse data to drive decisions.
Creative thinker with a passion for the creative industries and a commitment to promoting creative excellence.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
